This recipe comes from my dear friend, Sonja. I made this yesterday, froze half of it and we ate the other half last night. Everyone...including sometimes picky Boy1, loved it.
Spaghetti pie
1 lb spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper (I don't use b/c my fam won't eat)
1 jar pasta sauce
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions (again I don't use)
1/2 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
Brown beef - drain & crumble. Put beef in skillet, stir in salt, pepper,
garlic powder, bell pepper & pasta sauce. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and
simmer 20 minutes.
In small bowl combine sour cream, green onions, and cream cheese and set
aside. Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray and add cooked
spaghetti. Spread cream cheese mixture over it, cover with meat mixture and
sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Then I freeze.

That sounds like a winner around here too.
That does sound good. And like something the whole fam would eat too!
yum! can't wait to try it.
Made this tonight and it was a crowd-pleaser!
I am going to make this for homechurch this week. Sounds so good. I love anything with cream cheese.
