Pot Roast


2-3lb beef roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet dry onion soup mix
3/4 cup water

Cook on low 6-8 hours or High 3-4 hours in the crockpot.

It makes its own gravy...so yummy!

Yum! I have been making this recipe for years. Please do not ever tell my son that the gravy is made up of MUSHROOMS and ONIONS or he would die a very slow and painful (for me) death. He is passionate about his disdain for both items, but just soaks up that gravy with bread and pounds it down! LOL!! :)
